Baby Kale


A few of Kale's health benefits,

they are high in:

  • Iron
  • Calcium
  • Vitamin A
  • Vitamin K
  • Vitamin C
Great for your vision, immune system, metabolism etc.

I prefer to get baby Kale over mature Kale just because they are easier to cook with and blend away in my morning juice (much like baby spinach).

  1. I've never had baby kale before but I imagine it would be much easier to turn them into kale chips! Personally, I think kale chips are among the worst ways to enjoy kale though.
