BBQing Vegan

Above is Kyle and our vegan burgers. We spent the day before labouring, forming them into those delightful little patties.

They consisted of black beans, gluten, curry powder, garlic, red peppers, cilantro, and some veggie broth. We brushed on some liquid smoke as a finishing touch.

And as you can see by the photographs, the day was absolutely beautiful.

Cathy made us homemade vegan cake, all I can say is that it was divine.
