Vegan Roasted Potatos


I've been trying to do my best to avoid prepackaged foods, including chips. This really kills me, I am very much an addict of those delicious crunchy things. So lately my alternative has been making my own comfort food. Adding nutritional yeast makes everything more savoury, I love it. 

A tip I have for roasting potatoes is to microwave them before seasoning and baking. This way the potatoes have less moisture going into the oven which makes the end result crispier!
